Welcome to eegooblago meteorites.

Hello, my name is Sean Tutorow, the proud owner/operator/curator of eegooblago meteorites. I have been collecting meteorites for over 20 years. Around fifteen years ago I started an eBay store with the same name and started slowly selling parts of my own small meteorite collection to other collectors. By 2008, I was importing hundreds of kilos a year into the states. I began sending interesting samples to U.C.L.A. in 2005 for classification and have continued to work with them ever since. I have had the pleasure now of working with the University of New Mexico (UNM), University of Western Ontario Canada (UWO), Cascadia Meteorite Laboratory (CML), University of Bayreuth, University of Alberta, University of Washington (UW), University of Washington D.C. of St. Louis (WUSTL), NASA, JPL and a few more now to add to my list of classifying institutions. I have classified officially over 300 different meteorites to date ranging from L's to severe rarities such as C2-ung, Mesosiderite-B2, Acapulcoite, Rumuruti, Martian Augite Basalt, the Chimeric Chondrite and many other fantastic and rare meteorites!!

Over the last decade I have grown to become one of the world's largest and most respected meteorite classifiers, hunters, researchers and sellers on the market. When working with eegooblago meteorites, you can be assured of honesty, trust and provenance from the moment contact is made. I strive to be the best and most reputable provider of fine, rare and exotic meteorites in the world. And always remember, provenance is a must when collecting meteorites, period. Provenance is the most important part of collecting meteorites. Would you take someone's word that a Picasso is a Picasso because someone just said so?? NO. Buy your meteorites from sellers who actually classify and work with the Universities first hand. There are many of my colleagues that do exactly what I do, provide provenance, so I am not referring that I am the only one and collect only from me, on the contrary! And if you do resort to a middle man to get meteorites, ask them to provide the provenance before them, if they don't or can't, then to me, something smells fishy. This information is intended for the beginners and novices of meteorites. If you have been collecting meteorites for some time and never questioned provenance, I would.

This site is dedicated to the more rare and exotic specimens in my collection. Things I would usually never offer on eBay. The site will be limited in the amount of items offered due to my extremely busy travel schedule, shows and handling eBay. I have been begged practically by my clients/friends, to never stop eBay. eBay is a vital part of advertising, promoting and connecting with extremely versed collectors down to the beginning novice. I can't tell you how many times I have given a first feedback, that's awesome! There is usually around 500 items on eBay in the store at all times and hundreds of daily auctions starting at just 0.99 cents. You can't beat that!
